Update to campus concerning Public Safety Notice
At approximately 1:30 p.m. on April 22, a vehicle (silver Jeep Cherokee with black hood) that police have been searching for came into a campus parking lot and out of extreme caution, the Public Safety office initiated a lockdown based on the recommendation of the Des Moines Police Department (DMPD). We will continue to work with them on this case and ensure that the campus can remain safe. It is possible that this vehicle will return to campus and DMPD will recommend another lockdown out of caution. We understand that this is very disruptive to our academic programs and operations
